InterviewReady (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you apply for coaching, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, where you are in your job search, the support you're looking for, and anything else you'd like us to know. When you book a discovery call, our scheduling tool collects your name, email address, and the time you choose.
We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. Our scheduling and form tools may set cookies that they need to work properly, such as remembering a booking in progress.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and run your coaching sessions, and contact you about your coaching, scheduling, and account. If you opt in, we'll also send you job search insights, resources, and updates. You can unsubscribe from those at any time using the link in any email.
We never sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, we'll use your phone number to send you messages about your inquiry and scheduling. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Your phone number and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run InterviewReady: HubSpot, which stores our contacts and powers our forms, scheduling, and email, and Vercel, which hosts this website. They process your information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we're working together and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw any consent you've given, by emailing hello@interviewready.co. We'll respond as quickly as we can. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honor them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and this site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, though, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
InterviewReady is for working professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
